Holding dual degrees in Electrical and Electromechanical Engineering, complemented by studies in Sociology, Mila excels at the intersection of project management, partnerships, and community impact. She integrates technical expertise with a passion for public-private collaboration to drive community impact.

Mila's commitment to community development is reflected in her background of work with organizations such as TECHO and PANI. At Demo Lab, Mila wears many hats. Within the Freedom Academy, she leads the Freedom & Community programs, which bring civic learning into communities through experiential activations that connect identity, civic agency, and practical problem-solving. Her work ensures that Demo Lab’s educational model is not only scalable but deeply rooted in real communities and lived experience.
