Miguel Pacheco is an executive and creative entrepreneur with roots in law, business operations, and cultural innovation, with a track record of building systems and teams that scale.

He is known for bringing structure, discipline, and precision to fast-moving environments, bridging strategy and execution to turn complex initiatives into repeatable operations. As Director of Operations and Strategic Management at Demo Lab, Misha leads internal operations, cross-functional execution, and the management systems that support Demo Lab’s growth. He brings a strong operator’s mindset to planning, process design, and performance, ensuring the organization runs with clarity, cadence, and accountability.

Misha holds an Executive MBA with Honors from INCAE Business School and has completed executive programs at ESADE, Babson College, the National University of Singapore, and Berklee College of Music. Earlier in his career, he worked at Pacheco Coto advising on M&A, corporate structuring, and international taxation.
