Fadi Elsalameen is a geopolitical strategist, policy analyst, and advocate for transparency and economic reform. He is the President at BIOUS, a global strategic advisory firm that works alongside leading consulting and intelligence partners to deliver solutions in crisis management, litigation support, and due diligence. BIOUS serves corporations, financial institutions, and government clients, helping them navigate complex geopolitical, legal, and security challenges through strategic insight and operational support.

In addition to his work at BIOUS, Elsalameen is an Adjunct Senior Fellow at the Bitcoin Policy Institute and the American Security Project, where he contributes research and policy analysis on the intersection of cryptocurrency, economic reform, and national security.

He previously served as a Fellow at the Foreign Policy Institute at Johns Hopkins University’s Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). His academic background includes a Master’s degree from Johns Hopkins SAIS and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biochemistry from Earlham College.
