At BLISS 2023, we gathered over 150 individuals from 28 countries, including Costa Rica, the United States, Germany, France, Spain, Switzerland, Canada, Venezuela, Panama, Guatemala, Colombia, El Salvador, Bolivia, and Argentina—across six continents. 

Brave defenders of human rights, freedom, and democracy took the stage alongside Latin American business leaders, technocrats, award-winning academics, artists, and social entrepreneurs to share their stories and inspire change.

Our goal was to provide a platform where visions of change would find expertise and where innovation would find investment. Through creativity, scholarship, and philanthropy, we sought to develop innovative solutions to seemingly intractable problems to positively shape the future of Nosara in Guanacaste, Costa Rica, and the Latin American region.
